Travel accessories are essential for many locations - whether tropical or temperate. Depending on the location to be visited, some travel accessories worth considering include a high quality rucksack with good locks, insect repellent, walking boots, money belt, travel adapter, mosquito nets, waterproof bags, weatherproof digital camera, mobile phone (can buy local sim cards) and a travel alarm clock. Specialised activities such as skiing, diving or rock climbing will need relevant accessories. In some cases, it can often be cheaper to buy items in other countries but always check the quality and avoid fake accessories which may breakdown before the day is over.
